I recommend printing it in PETG with 40% infill and using support material. The sheath incorporates a compliant mechanism that keeps the knife stable without any rattling. For the clip configuration, you can assemble it using 2 M3 X 12 screws and 2 M3 X 6 screws. 4 M3 X 6 screws for the no clip config. My design requires the print to be paused mid way to place 4 M3 nuts.
