The model has been built from scratch and tolerances tested through trial / error. I am joining the STEP file so this design can serve as a base for further improvements.
Can be printed with 0.3mm layer height. Tried with PETG.

Update 2023-08-03: Added two variants with 0.2mm tolerances and 0.3mm tolerances. Due to decreased shrinking on PETG 0.3mm is rather optimal, for PLA 0.2mm provides a tighter fit.
