To glue it to the frame you can use some glue, or take more time and do it without invasion using double-sided tape.
Take some carton box, and stick your letters:
And cut it off carefully.
It takes more time to simply use superglue, but in that way, you will not damage your frame :)
Stick to the frame:
Best with glowing filament in the dark.
If you do not want to have it to stick out too much, you can cut it in half in PrusaSlicer
