I tried to make it ergonomic to hold, feel free to remix with improvements. All parts are already oriented for printing.
The tolerances are pretty generous so with some printers you may want to add positive horizontal expansion if the gear is too loose.
Update (8/8/23): Version 2 has been uploaded, this update removed the individual ratchet piece and incorporated it into the base piece. No assembly required except for dropping the gear onto the shaft
