I wanted the model of engineererrant to be usable for my Prusa Mini. So I removed the clip for the MK3 on the axis and added a pedestal instead.
Also I removed the clip from the spool guide. I will srew this piece to the wall of my enclosure (- once i have it built).
The rest is the same as in his model.
Pop in a 608 bearing into the axis from below. Put the hat on top and secure it with an M8 threaded bolt, preferably with a round hat. Put your spool on top. Spin it and giggle ;-)
