It is a small parts tray in the shape of a sea turtle. I was also told it could be a paint tray (but I don't paint, so you tell me). The bottom has groves cut out to allow the trays to easily stack on top of each other to save space.
It fits in a 100mm circle and is easy to scale. I have printed them at 70mm, 100mm, and 150mm. The picture of them stacked is at 70mm.
