Gears used in FIRST robotics (FRC) are often unlabeled. The common gear is 20 Diametral Pitch and 20 degree pressure angle. Counting teeth can be tedious.
I print these on a a PRUSA Mini in PETG with 15% infill. Using the filament color change (black then a lighter filament color) so the contrast of the labels stands out. The cavity for the gear is offset by .02" from a projected profile of a gear model from suppliers.
