The Skwapler is a remix of the grip and body panels from Captain Slug's stapler gryphon, adding holdster support and a grip which can contain a 950 mAh 3S battery. The Skwapler uses a manual pusher and dual stage trigger with a cherry style rev switch. Medium and large fidlocks are supported for holdster options; For right-handed holdstering, mounts are substantially offset to prevent interference with the reloading door handle when un-holdstering.  The stock mount has been replaced with a piece to hold a voltmeter; room for an on-off toy switch for the voltmeter is provided in the grip. Small remixes to magnet holders on the loading door make it compatible with 8mm diameter magnets for sleeker appearance

Using my 33mm crush hurricane wheel gryphon cage, you get a light flywheel sidearm which can reliably hit 120-130 fps velocities, making for a great general use secondary.

Bill of materials

  • Standard M3 screws required for a normal Gryphon build
  • 8 mm by 3mm neodymium magnets
  • pen spring for trigger
  • Retractable keychain or badge holder
  • 3/4" long x 1/4" OD #4 nylon spacer
  • SS-10 GL microswitch
  • Small voltmeter
  • Toy switch
  • 950 mAh 3S battery
  • two M5 nuts if using holdster body panels
  • one M3 nut for the battery cap thumbscrew

The files contained in the grip folder will replace captain slug's original grip while a left and right body panels are interchangeable with Captain Slug's body panels. The skwapler rail piece is meant to be used with one of my compact hurricane/pulsar gryphon cages
