I designed this door knob to fit over a spherical 53mm diameter door knob but it would work for spherical door knobs from ~54 to 40 mm in diameter and round door knobs that are within that diameter range and handle stem at or less than 23 mm in diameter.
I've attached the .STEP file just in case anyone wants to modify to fit your door knob.
Most of the knobs I found on online without hardware were really flimsy and my toddler would outsmart them pretty quickly. I've added a separate retaining pin on the front to prevent the halves from twisting and separating (if your toddler is very persistent). This one will not come off unless he figures out how to use a screwdriver.
I used M4x8 mm long flange head pozi screws (for plastic tapping) but any M4 screws around that length would work. I've attached a picture of the info for the screws. I recommend printing with 10-15% infill, no support, and face the large flat portions on the print bed.
