Based upon the Prusa Enclosure PTFE-tube Guide by Karza. My remix is a Dual Reverse PTFE-tube Guide. The guide is meant to provide an extra roll of filament in the ready for filament color and runout changes.

Use case is the inside ceiling (overhead) of a print enclosure (see pictures)
Filament: PETG (for the flexibility)
Infill: 30-50% (for the strength of the base and small amount of flex that occurs during a print)
