I remixed the original model at 75% scale to make a small gift for my dentist's office. They liked it so much, they asked me to make a bunch more to use as gifts for their younger patients. I redesigned the spring to make it more heavy duty since the tooth body is a bit top heavy. The stronger spring limits the movement, but it keeps the model from tipping over.
I assembled by carefully applying ca glue inside the tooth and gluing the spring first. Once that set up, I glued on the base.
A 6mm x 3mm round magnet should work in the base with a friction fit.
