Here's a quick and easy print to help you align your printbed.
I printed it for my Ender 3 V2 NEO but it may fit on many more models.
I used double sided Tape and stuck it to the bottom of my bed and so far it is holding up great.
The left side has a cutout to accommodate for the cables powering for the heated bed.
I strogly recommend printing it out of PETG or something that can withstand more temperature as PLA would get soft and bend at temperatures of 60°C and above.
