I didn't want to spend the $5-10 on a dedicated tool to tighten/remove the mirrors on my K40, and unfortunately I don't have any m2 screws on hand to use Godders' design. Luckily the holes on the mirror nut(?) will accept m2.5 screws, so I updated the design to accommodate this. I also created a version with a knurled-like finish, which hides the layer lines, feels nice to use and retains the 6mm socket for an allen key to snug it up.

I would like to create a version with a longer “handle” portion, since it can be hard to turn when the mirror angle set screws are fully retracted, but the allen key does solve this in the meantime.

If the screws are a bit tight (since the tolerance is tighter with m2.5's), consider using a drill and sandpaper or a file to remove the threads on the last 1.5mm of the screw. I didn't need to do this, but it is possible if needed.

IMPORTANT SLICER SETTING:
The gap between the outside of the wall, and the screw holes is only .6mm. There isn't much that can be done to avoid this since both dimensions are constraints to the design. Since most of us print with a .4mm nozzle, this does not allow for 2 complete passes through this choke point.

In Cura, you can set Minimum Wall Line Width to .3mm, which will allow thin walls to be printed at this lower width.

In Prusaslicer, you could set the Wall Line Width to .3mm, but I am not familiar enough with that software to list the equivalent setting.

Let me know if you have any troubles, and post your makes so I can see how yours turns out!
