This is a laptop stand for a laptop that is up to around 2cm in width. Its primary draw is that it can hold a 180mm fan that is 180x180x32mm in size, although other size fans could probably fit if you forgive the fit not being perfect, particularly a 180mm fan with less depth.
I tested this with my Framework Laptop 13 and a SilverStone AP-181 which is exactly 180x180x32mm in size.
