A replacement adaptor made to match the dimensions of the ones my Mom needed to attach a basket to her M91139-NRS 3-Wheeled rollator. I got the dimensions as close as possible

It features 2 holes, one 8mm and the other 20mm in diameter. I printed a pair in super bright orange Prusament PETG and my Mom loves them. PLA would probably work equally well, but I would say that PETG is likely more appropriate for outdoor use.
I would suggest using extra perimeters or used 100% infill to make it as strong as possible, they're small enough that the increased filament usage and print time is negligable, and you want these to be tough. They have lasted around a year so far and are still going strong, they're certainly strong enough for normal use.
