How to print?
Ideally larger nozzle and high layer height it doesn't have to win any beauty contest. Infill 100%, No brim or supports. Any PETG preferably the cheapest you can find, the cheaper the better.
My print settings:
0.6 nozzle, 0.40mm layer height, 100% infill, Prusament PETG Prusa Orange
What does solve?
It helps protect your parcel from being beaten up and possibly having something inside be damaged if the box is dropped during shipping, This has happened to me many times so I made this little shield to prevent this from happening. This can help you save a lot of money if you are shipping something fragile or expensive. It also adds some structural integrity to the box.
How much will it cost?
A standard box has 8 corners If you make it out of some cheap brand name PETG then the standard version will set you back €2 the economical version will knock that down to €0,75. If you decide to go the Aliexpress route then the standard version will be €1 per box and the economical will make that €0,4 per box. *Not including shipping of the filament. Don't use expensive filament it's not worth it.
How do I attach it?
I'd recommend adding them onto the box from the outside and then saranwrap it but if that is not for you, you can just go down the duct tape or glue rabbit hole.
How did I come up with it?
I ordered some filament and noticed that the box looked like somebody tried to drop-test it so I thought about how could be this fixed, and I thought of Pandabuy (Chinese shipping warehouse website) where they let you add little shields like this to the corners of the parcel for a small fee. So after unboxing my new filament I went and designed these.
Speaking about fees, can I sell this?

Additional Notes:
The theme office is close enough, you could definitely use this in an office to reinforce boxes when moving or for many other reasons. You also don't have to use it for cardboard boxes it has as many uses as there are corners in the world.
