Originally designed to hold rafts together on river floats. You can put as many of these as you want on a length of rope to connect others to.
To use:
First loop gets inserted into the large hoop and hooked around the small hoop waist.
Second loop gets inserted into the small hoop and hooked around the nubbin.
To release, use your fingertip to slip the loop off the nubbin (see gif). Can be released under strain.
This is made from PA-CF (carbon filled nylon) and I've never had a failure. You might want to play around with slicer and material properties if using something different to a Bambu Lab X1C.
