This is a print in place swivel pen holder.
To free the ball joint, gently force the holder back and forth. It will take a bit of time.
As a stand alone piece, it will need an adhesive on the base to keep it stable.

I've lowered the pen holder into the base. The original snapped off after a few weeks of usage.
This is being used in a public setting.

Well it did survive longer but it did snap off again. I've reprinted using a height modifier to increase infill to 100% between 10 and 15 mm.

Still going strong with the 100% infill.
