Steam deck OC cooler V2.0 for Jsaux backshell

Lots of new features added compared to the original V1  model, including: 

1.)  A full size heatsink ( no need to get rid of some finstacks to lower the fan into it)  

2.) A bigger 40x40x10 noctua fan, 

3.)  Docked turbo mode ( utilizes 5 volt directly from the magnetic pogo pin connector while charging the internal battery),  

4.) Like already mentioned a magnetic pogo pin connector for quick connect and disconnects 

5.) Mobile eco mode on battery lasting  7+ hours. ( fan running between 4.2 and 3.6volts) 

6.) Optimized air flow pattern not only out the top but also to the sides. 

7.) Only slightly bigger then V1 with  almost the  same footprint.
