I downloaded a similar model, but had some problems with it, so I decided to make one myself.

I downloaded a similar model, but there were some parts to it I didn't like so I decided to make my own. This used a 2.7" e-Ink screen by Waveshare, you can get them for around $30 on Amazon right now. This allows you to use their app to upload an image to the tap handle, there isn't any batteries or wires, the board is self contained and powered by your phone when you transfer an image. Its pretty neat.
This model has a back access panel, so no screws on the face of the tap. It also has an insert for a 3/8 - 16 nut to be inserted(this is a very tight fit, I heated the nut up to insert it). TIP: Put the nut all the way on the faucet screw and mark the face of the nut that is facing out. You want to make sure you insert the nut with that face under the face of the tap, this will make sure the tap winds up facing the right way!
I also wanted it to be a little shorter and to have a slight tilt back because of where my taps are.
I printed in a wood PLA. I usually have a lighter beer and a darker beer on tap so I used a light and dark wood for the 2 handles.
