I keep hitting my head on the shelf door in my office cubicle. This bumper will fit of a door that is 19mm thick and has a ridge inside to grab the door frame that is 13.5mm thick.
All edges are filleted on the outside of the bumper to make it easy on your head when you hit the low shelf door. You could glue it in place with cyanoacrylate but I'll never close the door anyways.
I recommend printing in TPU to be softer on your head but you can use whatever you like I suppose. Print on a flat side, no supports needed if open side is out and not facing the heated plate.
