I used PETG I don't know about PLA. Print at .2 layer height with 3 perimeters and if you want you can print the horn separately at .3 layer heights with three perimeter's It's up to you. I used a gallon size Ziploc as the diaphragm using the horn as the stencil. (I don't know if the size makes a difference to the thickness of the bag). larger horn is a lower pitch and Small horn is a high pitch. (Large sounds better)
