I always have trouble getting header pins soldered on straight with helping hands so I whipped like this guy up to help getting an ADXL board ready for a printer.
The holes are 3mm and are spaced 15mm on center, the nut inlays on the bottom are sized for the box of fasteners I bought off amazon and they appear to be 5.5mm nuts.
Printing should work base down or on it's back but I chose to set the model in the back down orientation because I seem to have better luck with round holes horizontally than I do with bridging.
