Background
I had a couple brooms that were missing the end caps so I designed up a few custom sized. One is a basic cap, one has a hanging loop. Both have a drafted hex interior for a press fit, but can easily be super-glued or shoe-gooed in place if your printer tolerance is on the larger end.
The provided designs are for ~22.5mm and ~24.5mm for what I needed. You can easily resize for your needs within PrusaSlicer by measuring across flats of the internal hex and editing that value to match your broom stick diameter.
