Lenovo Flex 5 16 Tabel Mount Kit

I created this model because I needed to attach the Lenovo Flex 5 16-inch to a workshop trolley. The model provides a secure fit on the inexpensive GRIFEMA monitor mount with a laptop stand (Amazon). The laptop monitor can move freely, and all ports are fully accessible, with some protection provided by the lower edge.

Furthermore, the mount has two eyelets on each side at the bottom to secure cable ties, for example, to manage the power cord. On each side, there is a slot designated for this PEN holder. The “SD Card” Part should be cut in the slicer at the transition from thick wall thickness to thin, as I didn't want to make the slot too deep.

The laptop can easily slide into the holder from the top, and the display cannot be completely closed anymore.

M4 holes need to be drilled into the laptop sheet metal to secure the mount, and I used nuts to secure the screws.

Four versions of this design have been in continuous operation in the workshop for 5 months now. Some colleagues take the laptop out of the holder every day. So far there have been no defects.

Ich habe dieses Modell erstellt, da ich den Lenovo Flex 5 16 Zoll an einem Werkstattwagen befestigen musste. Das Modell bietet sicheren Halt an der billigen GRIFEMA Monitor Halterung mit Laptop Ständer (Amazon). Der Laptop Monitor kann sich freigängig bewegen. Alle Anschlüsse sind voll zugänglich und durch die untere Kante etwas geschützt.

Des Weiteren bietet die Halterung an der Unterseite an jeder Seite zwei Ösen für Kabelbinder um z.B. das Netzkabel damit abzufangen. Auf jeder Seite ist ein Slot für diesen PEN Holder vorgesehen. Dieser muss im Slicer am Übergang von dicker wandstärke zur dünnen abgeschritten werden, da ich den Slot nicht so tief machen wollte.

Der Laptop kann einfach von oben in den Halter geschoben werden, das Display kann nicht mehr komplett zugeklappt werden!

An dem Laptop Blech müssen M4 Löcher gebohrt werden um die Halter zu befestigen, ich habe die Schrauben mit Muttern gekontert. 

Dieses Design ist jetzt schon in vierfacher Ausführung im Werkstatt Dauerbetrieb seit 5 Monaten im Einsatz. Manche Kollegen nehmen den Laptop täglich aus dem Halter. Bis jetzt gab es noch keine Defekte.
