I made this to hold 6x4 fan fold postage labels and the top bar also holds rolls of labels. Printing can be done with 15% infill. I use a textured PEI bed so have all the external walls face down so no support is needed. I was lazy and didn't make any tabs so I just CA glue it together (apart from the top bar!)
