The main deflector design allows for use of at 1 ½" duct hose or the secondary deflector. The duct hose option can be used for a more precise redirection of the air, such as towards a rear facing car seat or a pet kennel. The mating piece allows for a simpler general redirection of air that is otherwise blocked when the rear seats are folded down. The center console opens about 95% of the way without any interference.

**The secondary deflector is an interference fit onto the main deflector. You will need to sand/file to get the pieces to fit. They will likely not fit together right off the printer. This is intentional to avoid a fastener. Silicone or super glue can be used to make the assembly permanent.**

The zip ties can take some finesse to get them fed through and behind the stock vents. The best way I've found to do this is by bending a radius into the zip tie first and point the vents to their maximum upward position. I was able to repeat this process multiple times, so just keep trying if you struggle at first. I did not seal any of the holes afterwards as any loss of air through them is negligible.

For the seal, I used automotive/marine weather stripping like this. It can be found at Walmart, Autozone, or any of the home improvement stores.

I have not tested any hose ducting myself, but I believe something like this would work if desired.

I printed with PLA, but ABS is likely the better option.
