This is a really realistic example of a piston, scale as you wish!
I strongly suggest you slice the models as shown on the pictures!
printer settings:
Nozzle: 0,4mm
Layer height: 0,10 detail => for all parts
Partslist:
- super glue
- M4 threaded inserts
- M4 screws (the length doesn't quiet matter min=16mm and max=20mm)
I used M4 x 16 screws.
I put in as much pictures so you can follow the assembly as good as possible!
