After Multiple designs, I wanted one that I could fidget with... I found it was difficult to spin the gears without cutouts. The full side cutouts didn't have the full heart shape when viewed from the top.....
I made 3/4 cutouts for left or right handers... enjoy. I am making a few of these for Valentines Day gifts...

slow first layer. I use 15mm/s then speed up over 4 layers to 50mm/s. An awesome cura setting..
With the size I made this at 65mm, it takes almost 4 hours to print...
