I recommend printing the wheel upside down. That way, the first couple of layers will be radial ridges. The first “full” layer that sits on those ridges should be made all perimeters so that the bridges are perpendicular to the ridges printed until then. I included my 3MF and G-code files for reference. I printed the wheel both
- with a small 0.25 mm nozzle for extra pointy ridges, as well as
- with a regular 0.4 mm nozzle, which was plenty good enough.
The hex hole should be a tight fit. I heated the screw slghtly with a flame so it melts its way in and forms a strong bond.
