After the plastic part of the my sunshade crown has broken, a have designed this replacement. Its more massive and sturdy than the original part.
The OpenSCAD is parametric and might be adaptable to other sunshade models. It requires the “Round-Anything” library.
PETG is the best and cost efficient option for this part.
Additional parts required: 7x Ruthex M4 inserts.
