This is my version of a filament dispenser, I use this for my dry box, to rebuild this you need 4 ball bearings 22x7x8 and a few M3 screws the holes are designed so that you can use any screw up to a length of 30mm. But I use only 8 times M3 x 15. It also fit all 1kg rolls on it or my version of a Masterspool
