I don’t recall whether this glass thing was originally a wind chime or a hummingbird feeder, but it had a rubber cork that had disintegrated.
I designed the plate (lower) to hang the chimes from. And the ring (upper) as a collar to fit around the glass – it is split to allow it to stretch around the glass lip. The two parts then screw together.
It is made of ABS to handle the outdoor environment.
