Who does not know it, the simply soldered clothes dryers always break in the same places. This is what this repair kit model is for.
This model is widely parameterizable and has many parameters in Fusion 360 to adjust the dimensions. It can be set the diameter of the frame thickness, as well as the diameter of the dry wire.
It is best to measure the frame and the dry bar to be repaired with a caliper. I have set exact measurements as parameters, with it you need to push in the detached wire with a lot of force (slightly rotating). In addition, the clips are then very tight. You can make it a little looser if you add 0.1 to 0.2mm to the diameters.
Depending on your preference, you can set the width and wall thickness. Also, the thickness of the clips can be adjusted to the target filament material.
I printed all this in PLA+ from eSun and holds very well.
