What do you do when you need to crudely measure something between 0 and 30cm and you don't have a ruler, for some asinine reason? Or you have a ruler in one of a million drawers and you don't want to go looking for it? Well you print one, of course. You can save, like, a penny by not buying one.
Place diagonally on print bed to fit (you'll need a bed at least 220mmx220mm. I think.) Print with 0.1mm layer height, no more than 0.42mm layer width and you don't need any less. Print the first 3 layers then switch filament if you want the numbers and notches to be easy to see. Use concentric for top layer. I printed at 30mms speed. Increase or decrease model size if you want your ruler to be inaccurate. Then enjoy your floppy ruler.
