A fairly basic MTG Commander deckbox, featuring:
- A twist-lock top, turning the MTG logo will open the grippers, allowing the lid to be removed. The grippers close automatically thanks to the spring.
- Nicely fits 100 sleeved MTG cards
- Toploader slot, displaying your commander, easily spot which deck is inside the box
Printing:
- You need a fairly well tuned printer for this, clearances of 0.2mm are used. It prints very nicely on my Bambu Lab P1P.
- Everything should be printable without supports and fairly basic settings (i.e. 0.2mm layer height, 10-15% infill)
- It's recommended to print the Base, Spring and Lid in the same color (e.g. Galaxy Black looks very nice), and all other parts in another color (e.g. Red).
Note that on a fast printer the grippers might turn dull on the first layers because of the speed difference in the print:

To prevent this, set a low speed (e.g. 20 mm/s) for the outer wall:

The recesses at the top of the base where the grippers go might need support, in my testing it only sags a tiny amount without support which didn't cause any issues with the grippers but YMMV:

Assembly:
- Lay the 2 grippers in the Lid, they will only fit nicely one-way (see picture below)
- Place the Gear on top of the Spring and place the Spring inside the Lid, this might need a bit of force as the fit is quite tight
- Insert the Magic logo from the other side, pressing against the pin of the Spring, snapping everything together; again some force might be required here.
- Glue the Commander Logos to each side
