Locking collar, trigger extension sourced from Ehdrien's TKO, all other components are original work. You WILL need the flap, cutting jig and the rail section from the original TKO. The blaster WILL need to be modified as described by Ehdrien's guide.
Additional Parts needed:
Three 114 O-rings (5/8" ID, 13/16" OD, 3/32" wall)
One M3x25mm bolt
One M3 heat insert
20-40mm of 17/32" OD brass tubing
Tension spring for priming handle retraction (optional)
The files needed for a 5 or 6 shot inline clip are matched to the appropriate folders, and there is now only 1 null SCAR. A muzzle cap is also available if desired, and may be necessary to get the blaster to 90 FPS. The short and long shroud are designed for the 5 shot inline, with the short shroud for 90 fps builds and the long shroud for 115 FPS builds. The 6 shot inline has one shroud and is designed around a 115 FPS build. There are 2 rear sights, with either a 5 or 6mm rear notch. For an optimal sight picture, the 6mm sight goes with ANY 5 shot clip and the 5mm sight goes with the 6 shot clip.
Any length of brass from 20 to 40mm will work. 20mm gets about 90 FPS, 40mm and the gets about 115 FPS. Longer brass can be used for higher performance, but I haven't tried anything that long It may be possible to get a 70mm piece of brass in cleanly by putting a 5 shot clip with the 6 shot shroud, however I have not tested this.
The shroud needs to be printed with the locking collar facing up, and the front sight as the bottom surface. The inline clip needs a raft/large brim to print properly, standing up with the muzzle end down and O-ring slots on top. Print 7 walls, 8% gyroid infill. Any more infill and the blaster gets too front-heavy. Any less than 7 walls is asking for chunks to get torn out after a drop.
Light filing may be needed to get the clip to fit properly into the shroud. O rings should be lubricated with a light coat of grease/oil to get it to slide down the barrel without binding or rolling. Align the clip with the small chamfer in the chamber region. The tension spring goes in the lowest, rearmost screw on the grip, and the rearmost screw in the priming handle.
Depreciated files do not have good tolerances, they were designed around my old over-extruded ender 3 v2. If you choose to use these, you will need to wrap the brass with teflon tape to get a good fit with the clip and null scar.
