Nail Polish Swatch Display

This is a stand for displaying nail polish swatch sticks. This has been assembled and tested with three tiers of swatch sticks for a total of 60 sticks for all of your shiny collecting needs.

Description:

This print is designed to hold 20 3-tip swatch sticks per tier.  The tiers can be stacked up to 4 tiers (maybe 5 depending on in-fill on the base).

There are 2 styles of the main hanger body, #1 with integrated arms and #2 with no arms.

• #1 is designed to be the bottom most tier connecting to the base only.  The one-piece construction helps with the structural rigidity of the assembly.  However, it cannot be used in subsequent tiers as the spacing between the hanger bodies will interfere with the swatch sticks.
• #2 needs to be used with the detachable arms.  To minimize the final height of the assembly, the tiers overlap each other by 34mm.  To avoid interference, the alignment of the hanger is staggered by installing the arms alternately facing forward then backward on each tier.  Printing the hanger body separate from the arms also allows all bodies to be printed on a smaller bed and without supports.

Silicone o-rings were added over each swatch stick hanger hook for security, but it is not necessary if you do not plan fiddling with the display in any capacity.

Assembly Instructions:

1) Attach Hanger body 1 to Base

2) For tier 2: Attach Arms to the top of Hanger body 1 with the hooks inwards and facing the front. 

3) Hang Hanger body 2 as shown: 

4) If 3rd tier required: Attach Arms on top, with hooks inwards and facing the back.  Hang a second Hanger body 2 as shown:

4) Put swatch sticks on hooks, secure with O-ring as shown above.
