Spinning reel spooler
Quantities you will need:
4 - spool in the desired reel size (3k, 5k, 8.5k, etc)
1 - nut
1 - screw
1- rubber band
Print the screw and nut with random seams so they dont interfear with the thread tolerance.
The S Chattam Tackle mod screw just has a flat on it to fit in their reel spooler jig.
I print on:
- Voron2.4
- 0.4 nozzle
- 0.2 layer hight
- 40% infill
- 4 perimiters
- 5 solid top/bottom layers
- no supports
- forced 0.4 extrusion width
- ABS filiment from KVP
