I broke down the hammer bro. hammer and increased it's size for a cosplay prop. The size was increased to optimally fit on a Prusa Mini. The individual parts can be scaled.
Assembly is pretty basic. Super glue or a similar adhesive will be needed.
- Print 1ea of each part. Supports should not be needed.
- Slip the inner ring piece on and it should snap nicely into one of the grooves. Reference the attached photo to see which groove is correct if there is confusion.
- Do the same for the outer ring.
- (Optional) Add a few drops of glue to the rings to set them in place. I forgo this because they fit snug enough where I didn't think glue was needed.
- Glue in the handle top and handle bottom pieces. Orientation is important on these because the ring pieces will get in the way if inserted incorrectly.
