I printed one of these in PLA to replace my broken microwave wheel. I had no trouble. the PLA did not melt.

Tiny but useful!
So, no lie, my microwave roller broke, and I got out the calipers and printed a replacement. I was worried that the PLA would melt in the microwave but it didn't. Not even after months. Fits my mircowave, rolls great.
Other thoughts.. if it doesn't quite fit yours (and you really need one) just size accordingly, and replace all 3.
