I've been learning generative design and this was one of my practice models. I used 3 perimeters and 20% infill, though you can probably get by with less. Printed with organic supports with the diagonal top surface on the build plate.
The cleat is a 1x4 board (American dimensional lumber, approx. 20x90 mm) with a 45 deg rip cut along one edge. Cut a ½" (12mm) dowel rod to 100 mm long to use as the axel. You will also need a hub for the spools your using to fit the dowel.
