This model is a front replacement hub for HiMOTO Beetle Truck.
There are two variants: with 0.2 tolerance and with 0.3 tolerance.
I am currently using these parts printed in a PLA. Tried PETG as well, but it exploded even faster than a PLA one with 0% infill (maybe I did something wrong). If you have a stronger filament print from that one instead, for the screw from the bottom sometimes shreads the thread (heat set inserts would probably be even better) and a bit more strength would not hurt.
I would recommend these setting:
- close to or 100% infill
- printing in different orientation (see picture) - makes the layers in the critical spot less prone to separation
- supports (I am using organic in Prusa slicer)
Note: If you have problems pushing the bearings in their place, you can hammer them. For the larger one I used a 20cm nail oriented with the head touching the bearing. The nail fitted over the bearing so it was possible to hammer it all the way down. (A nail can be replaced with anything with equal or smaller outer diameter than the outer diameter of the bearing.
