This is a DIY Zuca rack upgrade kit. it contains both single and double decker files. Also includes rod attachments for 7/16in dowels. (will most likely create ones for ½ in as well.
I have the zuca skate cart and bought the zuca rack. There was too much wasted space on the top and i wanted to get more out of the bottom, So made some stilts for my rack to sit on. they currently allow you to store more discs in the bottom, (not quite enough for 2 rows, but also have not tried. I also put in braces at the bottom so i didnt require the 3rd dowel. In hindsight, this was not the best but i was still able to fit it in somehow.
The yellow mod i welded together with a soldering iron. I didnt include the bottom part as i found its a bit too wide (if you want to lay discs down flat) so i included a thinner one that requires 2 zip ties,
the dowel adapters are in 2 pieces to print easier. Then i just used the iron again to weld them, and used a small screw to secure them to end ends, The official length of the Zuca dowel is 9.5 inches, and i believe my adapters. so i would cut these to 9 ¼ in since the adapter has 1/8 in thickness
The double decker is big, so i cut it up into 3 pieces and welded it with the soldering iron. My friend had the Zuca makeup cart and we ended up taking a bit off the bottom (so the legs were as close to the bottom as possible,
