I've designed a mounting plate for the Creality Ender 3 S1 to accommodate its Laser Module. In my case it is the 10W version, but the lower ones should work as well. The key advantage of this mount is that it provides more vertical space on the z-axis between the laser and the print bed. This extra space allows for engraving larger objects or taller items such as tumbler, cups, boxes, etc. Please note that using this mount will reduce the available space on the x-axis, and you may need to adjust your engraving settings accordingly. In my case, I experienced a loss of approximately 5 cm (1.96 inches) of x-axis space because the laser is no longer mounted underneath.
CAUTION:
Before starting your print, carefully check the distance between the plate and the bed, as the laser is positioned very close. In my experience, it worked perfectly and extended slightly above the nozzle. You may need to make minor adjustments to the plate's length.
You can use the screws provided with the printhead and the original hook mount for installation.
