Nintendo Playchoice 10 Joystick Cap

This is a replacement for the joystick caps on the Nintendo Playchoice-10 arcade system. It's not 100% perfect, but it's close enough that it's tough to tell which is the original vs the 3d printed part. Print it in ABS, file the top edge to round it off, then use acetone, sandpaper, and plastic polish to smooth it and eliminate layer lines for a very close match. I gently brushed some acetone on the outside, let it dry/re-harden, then used a screw with a piece of heatshrink tubing over it as a makeshift drill chuck adapter to sand it with 800, 1500, 2000, and 2500 grit sandpaper and polished it with Polywatch and it's very smooth and layer lines are nearly nonexistent.
