My first printer was a JG Maker Magic and to be honest, it is a bit of a rough package.
Terrible heating, terrible cooling, and absolutely garbage bed sheet out of the box, as loud as jet engine, and is a clone of an ender 3 in a backward way meaning nothing really fits well in terms of major upgrades.
BUT, I got it for extremely cheap, and despite all of this, it actually, somehow, printed pretty well. Like surprisingly well…
Fast forward, swap out some stock parts courtesy of the internet, such as bigger fans, and proper silent steppers, a PEI spring steel plate, or in my case, a sheet of G10, and it is a pretty bullet proof machine and my dedicated PETG rig now. Honestly, I've been trying to kill it to justify an upgrade, but I can't!
In any case, I was trying to design an adapted Satsana or similar for it which kept the onboard wiring, but couldn't work out how. Fortunately I found someone far more crazy and talented had done it already over on thingiverse with what I consider a must have upgrade:

While I tried my hand, I designed up a copy of the gantry plate to model against. Although I didn't use it, maybe one day it can be used to help design a plate for a future herome or something, until then, it is off the hard drive and online for you to use.
Print at 100% infill laying flat, any layer height as it is just for prototyping.
STLs with and without wheel screws as well as Fusion 360 included.
Enjoy.
Ferz out.
