Filament Guide-Multi Directional-Dual Wheel

This is a remix of Syntaxcuemi3D's Twin Wheeled Filament Guide. This Is a multi directional filament guide for Spools mounted above printer. Not only does the head turn, but it slides in the top channel for least amount of resistance on filament. System uses 2 x 608 bearings in the wheels and one 625zz bearing from a v-slot wheel in the base.

Added support for 625zz bearing for wheels for those of you that have extra 625zz bearings lying around. I suggest using a m3x20 screw for the 625zz setup. If using 625zz wheels Print with no Horizontal Layers for minimalist design.

Materials Needed

----608 Wheel setup----
2 - 608 Bearing
1 - 625zz Bearing from a V-slot wheel
2 - M4 x20mm Screw(Use a M3 Screw if to tight)
2 - M4 nuts
1 - M5 x12mm Button Head Screw
1 - M5 Nut (Inserts into base of Filament Guide Stand)
2 - M5 washers or 1 - Printed washer (Spacer between Stand and Base)

----625zz Setup (V-slot Wheel Bearing)----
3 - 625zz Bearing from a V-slot wheel
2 - M3x20mm Screw
2 - M3 nuts
1 - M5 x12mm Button Head Screw
1 - M5 Nut (Inserts into base of Filament Guide Stand)
2 - M5 washers or 1 - Printed washer (Spacer between Stand and Base)

-M5 nut is sunk into stop stand.
-Either the 2 M5 washers or 1 printed washer is used between the Stand and the Base.
-625ZZ bearing is inserted into the underside of the base.
-608 bearing are used for the wheels.
-M4 Screws and nuts are used to mount wheels
-M5x12mm button screw is used to mount the base to the stand.
