This insert required the core game box and either Darkness Falls or Arcane Portal box. Don't need the third box, but things will get tight.
What I have that is extra:
- Deluxe doors and chests.
- Draw bags for critical damage.
- Extra heroes outside the boxes. Can't recall which or how many.
- Sleeved cards (small and big)
Extra set of dice. What I don't have:
Metal coins.
Thick cardboard for the heroes sheet. The small cards box has card spaces for Arcane Portal and Darkness Falls, and a couple additional heroes sold separately. Here's the rundown:

How I Designed This
I used the excellent tool "Board Game Insert Toolkit" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3405465) that generates the models.
For the small card holder, I imported the model to TinkerCad and added labels for the positions.
