As winter approaches I'm reminded of this votive candleholder created last year by one of my students, Lauren. Its pure design perfectly leverages the opportunities afforded by transparent filament and dual extrusion printing -- though it also renders well when printed entirely clear.

Instructions
This can be printed as shown using dual extrusion, or as a single extruder job. The piece shown is ABS, though PLA should also work even though it's melting point is lower.
